As Director of Brand Narrative, my mandate was to define and articulate a cohesive brand voice that could connect its purpose, product, and people across every touchpoint.
I led a full-scale messaging transformation: from fragmented and functional to a unified voice grounded in purpose, craft, and conscience. Partnering closely with the CEO and SVP, Brand, I established the brand’s editorial foundation — clarifying its reason for being, elevating the language of modern luxury, and embedding values of sustainability, inclusivity, and provenance into every expression.
